Meet Chad Anderson, CCIM

Multifamily Real Estate & Alternative Asset Advisor

As the CEO of the Chad Anderson Group (CAG), I lead a team focused on identifying and sourcing off-market, multi-tenant income properties and luxury asset opportunities. Located in Scottsdale, AZ, CAG specializes in real estate and advisory services for alternative luxury assets, using strategic wealth transfer methodologies to enhance client portfolios. We offer expertise in transacting and advising on high-value assets tangible assets like real estate, luxury watches, exotic cars, and fine art.

In addition to leading CAG, I serve as a Board Member and Broker at Real Estate Investment Services, a distinguished sales, leasing, and property management firm in the Pacific Northwest. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2011, I provide advisory services to diverse portfolios across real estate and luxury assets, focusing on wealth creation and preservation.

My journey began in the 1980s and 1990s, collaborating with my family to purchase, renovate, and either flip or retain over 100 properties. From 1993 to 1998, I refined my skills as a real estate assistant to a leading industry broker.

By 2005, I was one of the youngest designated managing brokers, owning a John L. Scott Realty office where I oversaw over 65 brokers. During this time, I also founded a mortgage company, a real estate school, and seven property management offices across Washington State, employing over 150 professionals in ten locations.

From 2008 to 2014, I managed court-appointed receiverships, foreclosures, and REOs for attorneys and local banks, partnering with the FDIC on diverse property types. Since 2015, I have focused on private and creative off-market deals, acquiring multi-tenant income-producing properties, and fulfilling board member responsibilities at Real Estate Investment Services. I continue to oversee my portfolio while advising clients on navigating the dynamic world of alternative asset investments.
