I have spent more than 30 years owning and operating real estate across multiple asset classes including multifamily, retail, commercial, and waterfront properties. I am a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a designation held by a small percentage of global real estate professionals.

2018: A FORCED RESET
In 2018, a cancer diagnosis forced a
pause. It changed how I think about:
